What Neighbors Say

"Our 1990s driveway was cracked end to end. Dr. Handyman tore it out on a Monday and we had a beautiful new slab by Thursday. The joint layout matches the walkway perfectly."

Marisol D. · Doral, Miami-Dade

"Every storm flooded our garage apron. They re-sloped the last twelve feet and set a trench drain — three heavy rains since, completely dry."

Greg A. · Fort Lauderdale, Broward

"Booked the estimate through the chat assistant at 10pm and had a real appointment the next morning. Pavers were re-leveled and sealed and the sand has stayed put."

Yvette P. · Boynton Beach, Palm Beach

Driveway Questions, Answered

Can you repair my driveway instead of replacing it?

Often yes. Hairline and mid-width cracks, isolated potholes, spalled edges and sunken paver sections can usually be repaired or resurfaced. We replace only when the base has failed, the slab has broken into shifting pieces, or the driveway no longer drains. Your estimate spells out both options with pricing so you decide.

How much does a new concrete driveway cost in Miami-Dade or Broward?

Price depends on square footage, thickness, demolition and haul-off, reinforcement, and whether the apron or swale section is included. We measure on site and give a written flat price before any work starts — no hourly surprises.

How long before I can park on a new concrete driveway?

Foot traffic is typically fine after 24-48 hours, passenger vehicles after about 7 days, and heavy trucks or RVs after 28 days of cure. Paver driveways can usually take vehicles the next day, and sealed asphalt in 24-72 hours depending on heat.

Do you fix driveway drainage and standing water?

Yes. South Florida rain is the number one reason driveways fail early. We re-slope slabs, add trench and channel drains, install catch basins, and correct garage aprons so water runs to the street or swale instead of pooling at your foundation.

Do you pull permits for driveway work?

When a municipality requires a permit for replacement, widening or a new apron in the right-of-way, we handle the paperwork and inspections as part of the job. Repairs, resurfacing, sealing and pressure washing generally do not require one.

Which areas of South Florida do you serve?

Miami-Dade County (Miami, Kendall, Doral, Hialeah, Coral Gables, Homestead), Broward County (Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines, Coral Springs, Plantation, Hollywood, Davie) and Palm Beach County (West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Wellington, Jupiter).
